Yes, you can use your own domain name. When you go through the checkout to buy Ozcart you will given the option to Buy a new domain, transfer from another provider or point your domain name servers to your new website and keep the domain with the current domain register.
If you already have a domain name with another provider, just choose the option I already own a domain with another provider. I will point my domain nameservers to my new online store.
